Dear Valued Customer,
I am sending this maintenance letter as a reminder that most major roof problems can be prevented if annual roof maintenance is done. Annual maintenance is usually done in spring. In our program we look at all roofing components and protrusions. Such as; gutters, roof vents, skylights, flashing, chimney, valley, soil pipes, saddle areas, etc. We look at masonry and siding work above the roof line. We remove debris from: under the bottom two rows of tile and valleys, side walls, chimneys, sky lights, saddle areas if applicable, and remove debris from general roof areas and wash skylights. We also replace broken/missing tile and touch up caulk joints as needed.
Note: Additional repairs needed will be pointed out and approved by owner prior to beginning work, if applicable.
